(CBSE class – 4^th – 8^th std) – (IGCSE class – 7^th & 8^th std)

The School is organizing an ART EXCEL course, conducted by The ART OF LIVING Center for Junior students (180 students) to improve their Concentration & Memory power, Deal with Nervousness, Nurture human values such as Compassion, respect, trust and selfless giving.

JIRS has organized a colorful four days workshop ART EXCEL conducted by ART OF LIVING FOUNDATION from 01.02.2017 to 04.02 .2017 headed by the team leader

Mrs .SHOBNA KALYAN.

DAY -1

The first session was started with games, and puzzles oriented activities. The second session continued with value based stories to build the confidence and trust among themselves about the Devine power.

DAY – 2

Introduction to YOGA AND MEDITATION was given. The glory of Art of living and its world wide activates were shown through a video show.

DAY – 3.:-

Yoga and meditation was continued with the process of controlling body, mind and senses. The system and procedure of SUDARSHANA KRIYA was also taught.

DAY – 4

The last day yoga and meditation along with SUDARSHANA KRIYA was done. Students have participated with full of enthusiasm.

Children also presented short plays, dance and also speech on the learnt divine concepts which was appreciable.

At last CEO of JIRS, Wg Cdr.(retd )GANESH SHARMA.K.L addressed the gathering and appreciated the children for their successful and effective participation. Ms SUHANA rendered the vote of thanks. Mr. NARESHKUMAR.M.G Coordinator of the program ended the program with shantimantra.
